Resident Experience Lead - Community Builder

GRE Management LLC is seeking a Resident Experience Manager to promote community engagement and manage the resident lifecycle at the Phoenix properties. You will serve as the primary contact for residents and prospects, ensuring excellent service and timely follow-up to boost renewals and profitability.

You will coordinate with maintenance, leasing, and marketing teams to ensure move-ins, make-readies, and lease renewals are executed smoothly while upholding GRE-M policies and legal requirements.
