Milestone is seeking an Engagement Assistant to support resident activities in our Independent and Assisted Living communities in Oregon City. You will coordinate outings, assist with events, and help residents participate in meaningful programs under the supervision of the Engagement Specialist.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. CDL is a plus; prior assisted living experience is preferred.
