Milestone is seeking an Engagement Assistant to support resident activities in our Independent and Assisted Living communities. Reporting to the Engagement Specialist, you’ll help residents participate in meaningful programs, coordinate outings, and assist with events that enrich daily life.
You will manage resident engagement with budget-conscious planning, promote programs, and help organize outings, transportation, and safety.
