You will design activities that support social, spiritual, intellectual, emotional, educational, and physical needs in alignment with each resident’s care plan.
You will organize monthly calendars, conduct admissions and MDS-related activities, and collaborate with staff, families, and the community to enrich residents’ daily lives.
