Resident-Centric Dietary Director: Lead Safe, Nourishing Meals

PACS is seeking a Dietary Director to oversee all aspects of the dietary department in a long-term care setting. You will plan meals, ensure safety and nutrition, and tailor services to physician orders and approved menus.

You will lead staff, manage the budget, coordinate with nursing, and drive QA/compliance with regulatory standards. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential.
