Resident Care Supervisor — Nursing Leadership

Commonwealth Senior Living in Virginia is seeking an Assistant Resident Care Director to support the Resident Care Director in planning, implementing, and evaluating the care department to ensure the highest quality care and resident experience. The ARCD will supervise direct care staff, administer medications per orders, participate in care planning, and ensure compliance with state and federal licensing requirements.

Weekend/evening availability is required.
