HumanGood community is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support older adults in our senior living community. In this onsite role, you’ll assist residents with daily living needs, provide safety and companionship, and help create a warm, dignified environment.
Responsibilities include ADL support, observing and reporting changes in condition, light housekeeping, and engaging residents in activities. You’ll work closely with care and hospitality teams in a mission-driven, resident-focused culture with training, growth opportunities, and the chance to make a meaningful impact every day.
