This role supports residents, faculty, and leadership while ensuring compliance, coordination, and communication across all program activities.Key Responsibilities:Serve as liaison and support for residents, faculty, and program leadershipCoordinate recruitment, onboarding, and orientation for new residentsMaintain accreditation documentation and prepare for ACGME site visitsManage program data systems, evaluations, and compliance reportingOrganize interview logistics and match process through ERAS and NRMPSupervise department assistant and oversee quality of administrative outputSchedule conferences and manage lecturer budgetsQualifications:Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum 3 years of administrative experience in healthcare or medical educationStrong communication, management, and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Outlook and spreadsheet applicationsTAGME certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)Caring for Our TeamWe offer a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees' well-being and professional growth.
