In this role, you will handle high-volume calls to book, modify, and cancel reservations for bus, shuttle, and paratransit riders, ensuring accurate data entry and on-time service. You’ll provide clear information on routes, schedules, and eligibility, while documenting all trips in reservation systems.
Working closely with dispatch and operations teams, you’ll help coordinate special accommodations, uphold safety and ADA standards, and deliver courteous, community-focused customer service in a fast-paced environment.
