Global Law Firm seeking Research Services Lead – Operations to play a key role in supporting and enhancing research platforms, knowledge systems, and day-to-day operations within a dynamic, global professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize research platforms, knowledge bases, and collaboration tools
- Ensure accuracy of catalogues, eLibrary, and research systems
- Partner with tech teams on system upgrades, configuration, and maintenance
- Manage content platforms and audit knowledge resources
- Oversee collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, document systems)
- Support authentication, access, and platform migrations
- Drive operational efficiency and cross‑team collaboration
- Safeguard confidential and proprietary information
MUST have cataloguing experience
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office
