Research Scientist – Cell Biology & Genomics
We are looking for a hands‑on Research Scientist to support discovery programs focused on Cardiovascular-Renal-Metabolic (CVRM) diseases .
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mammalian cell culture and cell-based assays
- Execute NGS workflows , including bulk RNA-seq, scRNA-seq, and snRNA-seq
- Support tissue/cell/nuclei dissociation and library preparation
- Operate and troubleshoot laboratory automation platforms
- Perform molecular biology techniques including PCR, qPCR, DNA/RNA extraction, and Western blotting
- Maintain accurate sample tracking and experimental documentation
- Collaborate across cell biology, genomics, automation, and bioinformatics
Ideal Background:
Strong mammalian cell culture experience
Exposure to laboratory automation/high-throughput workflows
Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
iPSC, kidney organoid, or sequencing instrument experience is a plus
Education: BS + 7 years, MS + 3 years, or equivalent experience.
