Balchem Corp. is seeking a Research Scientist to join the R&D Group in New Hampton, NY (Temp) and Montvale, NJ (Perm). You will tackle diverse projects, develop new products, and drive research from ideation to scale-up, collaborating across lab, pilot plant, and commercial teams.
You will contribute deep knowledge of Balchem’s technology, manage experiments, and publish or patent findings while supporting production site scale-up and occasional travel.
