RESEARCH SCIENTIST 3 , The Zhang Lab - Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, with expertise in proteomics and peptidomes. This individual will develop and optimize quantitative and qualitative proteomic, peptidomic, and immunopeptidomic assays supporting research in programmable therapeutics and human health. Key responsibilities include preparing biological samples, operating and maintaining LC-MS instruments, troubleshooting workflows, and analyzing mass spectrometry data using platforms such as PEAKS, FragPipe, DIA-NN, and Skyline. The scientist will lead projects from concept through execution, contribute to experimental design and research strategy, collaborate across teams, and mentor junior researchers.
