Supporting research finance and administrative leadership, the full-time Research Reporting Analyst will develop, maintain, and analyze research metrics, dashboards, and operational reports remotely to ensure accurate and timely data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities Prepare research metrics, dashboards, and recurring reports for stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Analyze monthly research financial and operational reporting, identifying risks and trends while communicating findings to leadership Conduct data analysis of research administration performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Public Health, Health Administration, or related field required 1+ years of relevant experience in research, finance, data analysis, or reporting Experience with reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools Understanding of research administration or healthcare operations preferred
