City of Hope has an opening for a Research Professor to provide scientific leadership, build a distinguished body of scholarship, and strengthen our interdisciplinary academic community.

As a successful candidate, you will:

• Establish and direct a rigorous research program that addresses significant questions in your field of expertise.
• Disseminate findings through peer-reviewed publications and scientific presentations while securing extramural support for ongoing work.
• Partner with investigators, clinicians, and institutional collaborators to move promising discoveries toward applications that benefit patients.
• Mentor trainees and research staff, cultivate an inclusive work environment, and participate in academic and institutional service.

Your qualifications should include:

• PhD degree in biological sciences or related field and have a demonstrable record of accomplishments, peer-reviewed publications and extramural funding in related research.

Preferred qualifications:

• Postdoctoral Training Preferred.
