Research Lab Operations & Compliance Lead

Mass General Brigham in Boston seeks a Laboratory Manager for the Krantz Family Center for Cancer Research to oversee daily lab operations, procurement, inventory, and vendor coordination to keep research moving smoothly. Reporting to Principal Investigators, you will enforce safety policies, coordinate inspections, train staff, and manage budgets while serving as Safety Officer.

This role requires 3–5 years of lab research experience and a related degree (Master’s preferred).
