Purpose Of The Position
The UAS and Counter UAS Software Engineer provides support for UAS Software development and integration of aviation components.
Responsibilities
* Engineer for UAS Software development and integration of aviation components
* Develop and maintain integration software and hardware
* Maintain the configuration of integration software and hardware
* Support program and technical interchange meetings
* Support customer technical interchange meetings
* Support hands on testing of UAS operations and software
* Conduct demonstration for customers
Minimum Requirements
* Master's degree - preferably in science, engineering; Experience in a specialized area may be substituted for a degree; 2 - 4 years verifiable full-time work experience.
* Ability to develop and integrate software in the accomplishment of Aviation and Aerospace requirements
* Experience in UAS development, integration and operations
* Computer Programming Languages for Aviation and Aerospace programs
* U.S. Citizenship Required
Desired Qualifications
* Master's degree and equivalent years of experience in an Engineering, Scientific, or Aviation Management Field
