Research Engineer – High-Temp Metallurgy for Rare-Earths

Solcoa Technologies is advancing Western rare-earth production with a focus on high-temperature, pyrometallurgical and electrochemical processes. The Research Engineer will design and run experiments, develop scalable unit operations, and translate lab breakthroughs into industrial practice.

You will build custom rigs, analyze data, and work with chemists, machinists, and safety teams to deliver robust, repeatable results while maintaining rigorous documentation and risk controls.
