Research and Outreach Specialist

To support B2B partnerships and public relations efforts, the remote contract Research and Outreach Specialist will conduct in-depth research, manage outreach campaigns, and build relationships with key industry stakeholders to secure guest posts, features, and partnerships. Key responsibilities Conduct thorough research on companies, industries, and market trends to identify partnership and collaboration opportunities Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage relationships with influencers, journalists, and community leaders Research and pitch to relevant media outlets and coordinate the publication process for thought leadership content Required qualifications Proven experience in research, outreach, or public relations, preferably in a B2B environment Familiarity with CRM and research tools for building and maintaining prospect databases Experience in managing outreach campaigns and relationship development Strong understanding of media landscape, including publications and influencers in the technology sector Ability to track performance metrics and optimize outreach strategies based on data insights
