Research & Development Rotational Program Associate

Role:

Participant in Pfizer's two-year R&D rotational program focused on early to late-stage drug discovery and development in life sciences.

Objectives:

gain broad experiential understanding of drug research, clinical trials, regulatory planning, and business support through four 6-month rotations.

Responsibilities:

• engage in projects across disciplines including assay development, medicinal chemistry, clinical trial design, digital medicine, and data analytics; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to various R&D processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Data Science, etc.)
• minimum 3.3 GPA
• up to 2 years of post-graduate work
• authorized to work in the U.S.
• willing to commit for two years
• strong communication and adaptability skills
