Title: Research And Development Manager (Tax)
Duration: Full-time
Location: 100% Remote
About the client:
Our client is focused on helping businesses by identifying, securing, and managing various tax credits and incentives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple R&D tax credit projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Work directly with clients to identify qualified research activities and expenses.
- Interpret and apply Section 41 (R&D tax credit) and state-level incentive programs.
- Gather, review, and analyze technical and financial data to support credit claims.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in R&D tax credit consulting.
- Strong understanding of Section 41 regulations and related state incentives.
- Prior experience managing projects and leading teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary and Other Compensation:
- The annual salary for this position is between $150,000-$200,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
