CitizenBachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or PhysicsMinimum of 4 years of relevant experience in DoD or IC programsActive TS/SCI with willingness to complete a CI PolygraphExperience working with EO/IR sensor dataStrong knowledge of space-based EO/IR sensor phenomenologyProficiency in using high-fidelity IR signature modeling applicationsProven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced R&D environmentStrong communication skills capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersTeamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and departments, while also being self-sufficient when neededDesired Qualifications:Advanced experience in GEOINT processing research and developmentExtensive experience with DoD EO/IR sensor dataExpertise in modeling and simulating advanced foreign weapon systems' signatures6+ years of relevant experience in the fieldMaster's degree in Materials Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or PhysicsActive TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
