Requirements Management Engineer

• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop and manage requirements documentation.
• Ensure requirements quality by reviewing and updating requirements.
• Ensure compliance with ASPICE standard.
• Collaborate with the development team.
• Manage changes to the requirements throughout the development process.
• Support product verification and validation.

Responsibilities

Required Skills And Experience

• Experience with requirements management tools.
• Familiarity with Systems and Software development process
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• 5+ years of experience in the Automotive or related Industry.

Preferred Skills And Experience

• 5 years of experience in systems engineering.
• Experience with ASPICE compliant products.
• Experience with JAMA tool.
• Audio systems experience is a plus.
• Understanding SW testing is a plus.

Education And Language Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or Software Engineering
• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English. Strong capability with English language (verbal and written) to allow effective communication directly with staff at R&D, suppliers and customers (highly technical discussions)
