About the role
This Systems Engineering and Technical Advisory (SETA) position manages an established baseline containing thousands of requirements for the operations and maintenance (O&M) of major Intelligence Community space systems. The baseline standardizes how scope is described across 25 O&M contracts, identifying the functions performed for each mission at each location. This is a temporary position ending April 30, 2027.
Responsibilities
- Manage and refine the requirements baseline to improve clarity and consistency
- Maintain requirements traceability and control baseline changes
- Identify and resolve gaps, duplication, and inconsistencies in requirements
- Work with software developers to create tools for visualizing the baseline
- Support stakeholders in understanding requirements and comparing scope across contracts
Required Skills
- Active xhqgsiq TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
