The ideal candidate will have sophisticated law firm experience in warehouse lending transactions backed by commercial and residential real estate loans and in structured repurchase transactions.
Experience in CRE CLO, CLO, CMBS, SFR, MSR, Whole Loan Trades and other ABL finance experience is a plus. The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $235,000 to $390,000.
