Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Faculty

The University of Rochester Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is seeking an Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor for its Division of Reproductive Endocrinology. This role involves contributing to an active clinical program with a strong academic portfolio and an ACGME-approved fellowship. Responsibilities

• Perform clinical duties in the Reproductive Endocrine clinic, including competency in Pelvic ultrasound performance and interpretation, and Hysterosalpingogram completion and interpretation
• Demonstrate skill in all clinical aspects of In Vitro Fertilization Treatments
• Exhibit competence in basic reproductive surgery and have the opportunity to work with the Minimally Invasive Surgery group
• Teach medical students, residents, and graduate fellows in all areas of Reproductive Endocrinology
• Provide local outreach to General OB/GYN physicians, including participation in local CME and education
• Mentor Residents and Fellows in research projects based in Reproductive Endocrinology
• Provide administrative role in organizing and overseeing the Medical Student Electives in OB/GYN
• Option to be involved in national and international research in Reproductive Endocrinology

Compensation

• The referenced pay range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base range of compensation for this faculty position.
• Individual salaries will be determined within the job's salary range and established based on (but not limited to) market data, experience and expertise of the individual, and with consideration to related position salaries.
• Alignment of clinical incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
• Compensation: $275,000 - $500,000

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology and/or subspecialty in Reproductive Endocrinology
• Eligible for NYS license
• M.D./ D.O. Degree or equivalent
• Must meet all credentialing requirements
• Post offer Drug Screen and Health Assessment required
• Compliance with University and New York State health requirements
