Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE Reproductive Endocrinologist to join their well-established Reproductive Medicine Institute in Fargo, North Dakota. This role offers a manageable clinical practice that prioritizes physician well-being, supported by a collaborative multidisciplinary team and a strong regional referral network. The position provides an opportunity to contribute to the only IVF program in North Dakota and grow the program through structured outreach.

Responsibilities
- Perform history and physical examination.
- Admit and/or provide outpatient evaluation, consultation, and treatment of adult patients and adolescents presenting with fertility problems.
- Provide outpatient evaluation, consultation, and treatment of female patients of all ages presenting with problems of reproductive hormones, such as ovulation induction, hirsutism, amenorrhea, and hyperprolactinemia.
- Grow the program through thoughtfully structured outreach to select regional clinics.

Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree.
- Successful completion of an Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency program and a 3-year Fellowship program in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada.
- Certification by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, as applicable.
- If not board certified at the time of application but completed residency within the last five years, must achieve board certification within five years from the date of completion of residency training.
- Experience can be demonstrated by fellowship logs (for recent fellows) OR a quality profile from current hospital(s) showing clinical activity for the past 24 months, including numbers of procedures, morbidity, mortality, infection rates, and other complications.
- If not applying directly out of fellowship, must demonstrate active involvement in the clinical aspects of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility in the past 24 months, including the management of 25 patient cases with satisfactory quality data.
