Reproductive Endocrinologist

Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE Reproductive Endocrinologist to join the well-established Sanford Reproductive Medicine Institute in Fargo, North Dakota. The program proudly operates the only IVF program in the state and offers a managed, sustainable clinic practice prioritizing physician well-being. Providers will join a collaborative multidisciplinary team with robust operational support and a strong regional referral network.

Practice Info

• Operates the only IVF program in the state of North Dakota
• Collaborative team including one board-certified reproductive endocrinologist, one board-certified gynecologist, two nurse practitioners, one psychologist, one genetic counselor, and experienced clinical staff
• Strong referral network of 75+ providers across the region
• Opportunities to grow the program through thoughtfully structured outreach to select regional clinics supported by centralized scheduling and outreach coordination
• Practice serves 500+ patients per month with steady growth and protected administrative time
• Multidisciplinary support from OB-GYN, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and Neonatology teams, including an on-site Level IV NICU

Compensation

• Annual compensation of $630,000 for the first 2 years of the employment contract
• Estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs
• $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years
