A leading fertility clinic is seeking a Reproductive Endocrinologist to join their Austin, TX team and provide compassionate, expert care to individuals and families navigating fertility challenges.

About the Role:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional call and weekends dependent on batch cycles
• Location: Majority of work done on-site, remote options available as schedule permits
• Setting: Outpatient fertility clinic

Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, individualized fertility care throughout the diagnostic and treatment process
• Help patients navigate their fertility journey by offering clear, informative guidance
• Work closely with clinic leadership to continuously improve patient experience and outcomes
• Support a collaborative, transparent, and respectful team environment

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed OBGYN (MD or DO) in Texas
• Must be Board Certified/Eligible in OBGYN and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI)
• Must be comfortable functioning as an independent provider
