Caleres' legacy includes 145+ years of craftsmanship, a passion for fit with a mission to inspire people to feel great…feet first.What We Do – AccountabilitiesAssures the operational support of existing accounts to achieve sales and profitability goalsAssures exceptional service to existing accounts.Assures open lines of communication between order management, the retailer and the brand.Assures effective partnering with cross functional teams such as Sales, Digital Lifecycle Management, Costing, Demand Planning and Sales Planning for sales forecastsEssential FunctionsResponsible for operational set-ups for eCommerce/Dropship business such as our own.com sites and external accounts.Monitor pricing, product attributes, and digital assets for accuracy and compliance with brand standards on own.com sites and external accounts.Work with Digital Lifecycle Management Team to ensure all product attributes, digital assets, and copy are correct in upstream systems.Monitor and assist Sales with pricing and price holds for drop ship accounts. Clear pricing issues as they arise in a timely manner.Conduct web audits to ensure styles go live online when available in our Distribution Centers.Provide weekly reports to Sales pertaining to inventory, market pricing, and site audits through excel/BI platforms.Assist on eCommerce/Dropship CORPIs as applicableIf supporting Digital Marketplaces - Facilitate immediate resolution of any order problems with the Merchandiser, Service Manager, Account Director, Account Executive, customer, Warehouse, or EDI Department.Preferred Qualifications & EducationBachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experienceMinimum of 0-2 years retail sales or wholesale experienceExcellent verbal communication and presentation experienceAbility to prioritize tasks and work in a fast pace environmentStrong partnering skills; problem solving and analytical skillsHigh attention to detailMicrosoft Office ProductsSAP and/or BI Experience a PlusPhysical Requirements and/or EnvironmentOffice/ CubeCaleres is an Equal Opportunity Employer by choice.
