To support the Claims/REO department, the full-time Reporting Analyst I will research and resolve complex loan servicing issues, develop reporting metrics, and produce accurate reports, working in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Collaborate with management to define reporting metrics and analyze reports for compliance with guidelines Research and resolve discrepancies in data, ensuring accurate reporting and timely resolution of issues Create and produce reports for internal and external audiences, while acting as a liaison between clients and departments Required qualifications High School diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience in Mortgage or Loan Servicing Proficiency in Microsoft applications and mortgage loan servicing platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
