The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and developing reporting solutions that support operational, tactical, and executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise reports, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations.
- Support reporting strategy, standards, and architecture.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Develop reporting solutions using Tableau, Power BI, Splunk, AWS QuickSight , or similar platforms.
- Design scalable reporting solutions integrating data from multiple sources.
- Establish and maintain consistent KPIs, metrics, data models, and reporting standards.
- Apply data governance, security, compliance, and access-control requirements.
- Support executive dashboards and business intelligence initiatives.
- Analyze data and present trends, risks, KPIs, and business insights.
- Collaborate with data engineers, architects, developers, and business teams.
- Explore AI-enabled reporting capabilities such as automated insights, natural-language queries, and intelligent analytics.
- Strong enterprise reporting and Business Intelligence experience.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau and AWS QuickSight .
- Experience with Power BI and/or Splunk .
- Strong dashboard and report development experience.
- Knowledge of data modeling, semantic layers, KPI frameworks, and metadata.
- Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS S3 and Athena .
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in BI, reporting, analytics, or enterprise data.
- Experience with enterprise-scale reporting initiatives.
- Knowledge of AI/ML and generative AI applications in analytics.
- Experience working with executive stakeholders and business leadership.
