To support operational excellence and strategic decision-making, the full-time Reporting Analyst - Healthcare Operations will work remotely, identifying, gathering, and analyzing data to prepare high-quality reports and dashboards for leadership and client meetings. Key Responsibilities Identify, collect, and validate data from various internal and external sources while ensuring accuracy and consistency Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and develop presentation-ready reports for leadership discussions and performance reviews Perform initial analysis and quality control on reports to identify trends and ensure relevance before presentation to stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 2-5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling and visualization design Advanced skills in PowerPoint for professional presentation formatting Ability to understand medical terminology and healthcare operations
