Reviews documentation, technical processes and specifications to determine the intended functionality of ITIL initiatives.5. Utilizes available service platforms to support all process management, reporting and governance activities. Supports team in preparing for and participating in control reviews and internal/external audit engagements.6.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.QualificationsServiceNow- Experience with developing queries and reports in ServiceNow.Experience building Spark data processing applications (Python, Pyspark).Experience with SQL development and Tableau Reporting.Experience building Splunk dashboards.ITIL Certification is a plusRequired Skills : Tableau,Splunk Additional Skills : Reports Analyst,Reports Developer
