RepackerJoin our community of food people!Schedule: Sunday - FridayOur repackers make $20.19 per hour.Responsibilities:Evaluate damaged product for disposition (repack for sale, salvage, dump)Repack damaged product determined to be saleable.Record proper information on repackaged product (lot #, date, etc.) whether for sale or salvage.Properly record all dumped product.Assist with tracking of dated products to minimize product lost due to date issues.Keep work area clean and organized.Other duties as assigned.Education/Training:High school diploma/GEDRelated experience/requirements:Warehouse experience/foodservice product & processes knowledge preferred.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.Ability to work independently.Safely operate electric pallet jack.Good communication skills – written and oral.Working knowledge of Excel.Willing and able to work weekends and holidays on a rotational basis.Must be dependable.Physical requirements:Ability to work in a multi-temperature environment. Able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law.
