Managing the disposition process of Real Estate Owned (REO) properties, the full-time REO Specialist will oversee compliance with investor standards, coordinate with foreclosure attorneys, and ensure accurate documentation while working in a hybrid environment three days a week. Key responsibilities Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure timelines are met Act as a liaison between REO Asset Management Companies and clients, resolving title curative issues Review and reconcile sale contracts, closing disclosures, and repair bids for accuracy Required qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Advanced PC skills, particularly in Microsoft applications Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills for professional interactions with internal and external audiences Willingness to learn new skills and comply with regulatory training requirements
