Day in the Life: Rental Sales Coordinator
- Serve as the front-line contact for customers seeking rental equipment- by phone, email and in person
- Create rental quotes, confirm rental availability, coordinate rental delivery timeline and process rental orders
- Schedule rental deliveries/pick ups with logistics team and ensure accuracy in dispatching
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in rental management system (Integrated Rental), assist with billing and any damage reports
- Follow up with customers throughout rental process, resolve issues quickly and professionally, and coordinate with service or operations when needed to ensure customer is satisfied
- Monitor rental inventory, manage fleet utilization, and stay knowledgeable on current offerings, attachments and applications
Need to Succeed:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, rental operations or sales coordination role required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills required, with bilingual communication skills preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and rental software required, with experience in Integrated Rental a plus
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, excellent follow up and customer service are required
