Job TitleOversee daily rental and service shop operations to drive fleet readiness, revenue performance, safety, and customer satisfactionManage daily workflow, prioritize operational needs, and ensure efficient use of resourcesReview and analyze operational and financial metrics to support sound decision-making and branch performanceCoordinate fleet availability, maintenance, and repair activities to meet customer demandLead, coach, and support both union and non-union employees while fostering a positive, compliant work environmentEnsure adherence to Safety and EPA standards across all branch operationsCollaborate closely with Service, Operations, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure smooth internal workflowsDeliver a reliable, high-quality rental and service experience for customersDrive improvements in branch efficiency, employee engagement, and overall customer experienceRecommended QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.
