Capital Construction & Renovation (CCR) is growing, and we're looking for experienced, detail-oriented Rent Ready Site Managers to oversee multifamily renovation and apartment turn projects throughout the DMV area.

What You'll Do
- Manage multiple renovation and apartment turn projects from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project schedules
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Perform quality control inspections
- Communicate with property managers, recruiter, ownership groups, and internal teams
- Resolve field issues and keep projects moving efficiently
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing construction, renovation, or multifamily projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and field crews
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
- Reliable transportation for travel throughout the DMV area
