Renewals Specialist (Fully Remote)

• Own the full renewal cycle for ~60 Enterprise accounts per quarter.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and close contracts with procurement and technical champions.
• Partner with CSMs on risk and keep forecasts and CRM accurate.

What we need:

• B2B SaaS renewals or commercial CS experience with high-volume portfolios.
• Strong operational rigor in forecasting, CRM hygiene, and contract mechanics.
• A builder mindset who can create structure and leverage automation.
• Shape the renewal function from the ground up.
• Work with CS, Sales, Finance, and Legal.
