Renewals Representative

To support the growth of CeriFi's Accounting & Legal customer base, the full-time Renewals & Growth Representative will manage a portfolio of customer renewals and restarts, proactively engage clients to understand their education needs, and identify upsell opportunities while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage subscription renewals and re-engage customers for non-subscription products across CeriFi's Accounting & Legal solutions Build relationships with customers to identify upsell opportunities and connect them with appropriate sales support when needed Maintain accurate customer activity and pipeline information in Salesforce while ensuring timely responses to inbound inquiries Required qualifications 1+ years of experience in sales, renewals, account management, or customer retention Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results Strong relationship-building skills and confidence in engaging customers through various communication channels
