Renewals Account Manager

Managing a high volume of contract renewals, the full-time Renewals Account Manager will ensure timely renewals for commercial customers with annual revenues of $50K and lower while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities. Key responsibilities Manage the renewal process for contracts, ensuring timely completion and high customer satisfaction Collaborate with deal desk, pricing, and customer success teams to facilitate contract renewals Utilize AI tools to improve productivity and identify upsell opportunities for account executives Required qualifications Strong background in a high-volume renewal, sales, or account management environment Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and consistently meet targets Excellent collaboration skills with experience working in cross-functional teams Demonstrated curiosity and experience integrating AI tools into workflows Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle a high volume of workstreams
