Managing customer contract renewals, the full-time Renewal Specialist will ensure timely renewals, maintain accurate contract records, and deliver a positive renewal experience while collaborating with internal teams and customers remotely. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end renewal process for assigned customer accounts Serve as the primary point of contact for renewal-related inquiries and build positive relationships with customers Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate successful renewals and resolve any related issues Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in customer service, account management, renewals, or sales support Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
