Duties
- Engage in administrative and civil litigation related to energy law.

- Represent clients before the Kentucky Public Service Commission and the Kentucky Electrical Generation and Transmission Siting Board.
- Appeal adverse administrative decisions to Kentucky circuit courts and the Kentucky Court of Appeals.
- Conduct legal research and draft comprehensive legal documents.
Requirements
- 2-6 years of experience in administrative/civil litigation and energy law.
- Experience with state or federal administrative law preferred.
- Strong passion for energy law.
- Excellent legal writing, research, and analysis skills.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Willingness to support team members and pursue ongoing education.
- Superior academic credentials.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Licensed to practice law in Kentucky.
