Plant SupervisorMajor Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee the operation of the plantOversee and thoroughly train new employees in plant operations and plant safetyManage personnel placed under your supervisionComply with and ensure all Fieldale Farms policies are followedComplete required daily paperwork (Daily Production workbook in Excel)Submit employee vacation formsComplete any other tasks assigned by the plant managerComplete Supervisor and safety trainingRequirements:Able to work days or nights with flexibilityMS office, excel, word and outlook skills desiredUnrestricted physical activitiesMaintenance background is a plusEffective written and oral communication skills and problem solving skills desiredValid state issued drivers license and reliable transportationEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
