Upswing is seeking writing tutors with a degree in English or writing to support its asynchronous and synchronous writing services. Tutors will review essays and work with students in a virtual classroom, applying Upswing's tutoring philosophy to help students become better writers.
Ideal candidates have 1+ year of Writing Center tutoring, a 3.5+ GPA, and access to reliable internet and a laptop. Flexible 15–25 hour weekly commitment during surge periods, with PayPal biweekly payments.
