Oscar Health is seeking a Workforce Management Program Lead to join our Workforce Management team. You will support the management, optimization, and implementation of program tools to enable lean, scalable processes across the organization.
You’ll report to the Associate Director, Workforce Management, work remotely (Atlanta area eligible), and contribute to data-driven decisions, cross-functional collaboration, and cost/outcome improvements while upholding compliance and company values.
