You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage claim costs, and oversee return-to-work processes in collaboration with HR, Safety, Risk, Finance, Legal, TPAs, Brokers, and the NYS WCB.
You will standardize WC processes, coordinate audits, report trends, and provide guidance on injury/illness prevention.
