Workday Paradox Project ManagerThis Workday Paradox Project Manager runs the day-to-day execution of a 46-week global AI-powered talent acquisition implementation across 12 countries; managing the project plan, coordinating vendors and internal workstreams, tracking risks and actions, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks so Program Manager can stay focused on governance, strategy, and executive relationships. Candidates who have worked across multiple Workday modules, not just Recruiting, understand how configuration decisions in one module can affect another.
