Novastone Capital Advisors (NCA) seeks a senior M&A buy-side expert to serve as VP on our Investment Team, leading the full investment cycle from offer preparation, commercial analysis, to closing. This role combines oversight of the investment team with hands-on execution and is fully remote.
The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years in PE, investment banking, or principal investing, with a track record in lower mid-market buyouts, complex deal structuring, and excellent leadership for remote teams.
